Restorative and interim nursing care accommodations are located in the Medical and Wellness Center. Whether you are recovering from a hip replacement, stroke, de-conditioning, or need IV antibiotics, the Indiana Masonic Home can help you transition from the hospital to home. These are just a few examples of situations when a person might qualify for a short term stay in our Skilled Nursing accommodations.
We offer the services of excellent therapists to manage your specific needs and help you improve to your maximum level of function. Our 24-hour nursing professionals are here to assist you. These services, provided in the required setting, are reimbursable thru Medicare Part A and a Medicare supplemental insurance. IMH is also a participating provider for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Veteran’s Affairs. [“VA”]
IMH can help you transition to home, an Assisted Living, or another nursing facility - depending on your individual needs. If you plan to return home, we will assist in setting up several home health visits after your discharge to evaluate for equipment needs and to facilitate a smooth return. If you decide to pursue long term care, we can provide the necessary paperwork so you can transition to a facility that best meets your needs.
Our interdisciplinary approach includes not only Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy - it also incorporates our Social Worker, Activities Department, Nursing staff, and Dietary consultants.
We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy at least 5 days a week. Our goal is to assist you reach your highest level of function. |
