The Services offered at the Indiana Masonic Home include those found in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC).
CCRCs are regulated by the State of Indiana and include residential settings that provide a continuum of care— Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing services. CCRCs are designed to offer active people an independent lifestyle but also include the availability of services of an assisted living environment and nursing care.
The Indiana Masonic Home recognizes that “one size does not fit all”. To that end, the Indiana Masonic Home also offers services outside the covenants of a Continuing Care Retirement Agreement to include interim care and restorative nursing services in our Medical and Wellness Center as well as all its regular services under a Rental Agreement. In special circumstances, the Indiana Masonic Home may provide Outreach Services to eligible members in the community where they reside at the time they apply for assistance.
The Indiana Masonic Home provides various levels of services to include Independent Living, Residential Living, Assisted Living, Special Memory Care (Alzheimer’s a related senile dementia), restorative and interim nursing care, Acacia Home Health and Hospice Services, and long-term care. |
